Coping with stress during Covid 19 outbreak

Here at EQuIP we are looking at ways to think about how we will live our lives differently over the next few weeks.  It is normal to feel anxious and to be unsure of what to do. Taking care of our mental health is very important. 

Eat well, sleep well, scroll less and maintain routines where possible.
