We are the Equality and Inclusion Partnership, a charity working across Warwickshire to eliminate discrimination in all its forms
EQuIP are a charity providing support, advice and training to people across Warwickshire to combat discrimination.
We work alongside local groups, businesses and organisations, helping to build understanding and cohesion throughout our community through individual support and advice, group learning and tailored training courses.
EQuIP are here to provide support, advice and training on a huge range of issues relating to discrimination, equality and community cohesion.

Culture within Britain is constantly changing. Cultural competency is essential in improving long term mental health outcomes.
Hate crime can have devastating consequences for the victim, their family, witnesses and the community as a whole. However public awareness and perception of hate crime remains low with incidents being significantly under-reported.
Equality and Diversity affects all of us and it is important to understand how to adhere to the Equality Act 2010 and how it affects you either in everyday life or in the workplace.
If you’ve been a victim of or a witness to discrimination, there is always something you can do about it. If you make a report to EQuIP it gives us valuable information, but more importantly, it means that we can give you the advice and support that you need.

If required you’ll be referred to a legal team
The Police Race Action Plan sets out the changes the Police intend to make to improve outcomes for Black people working in or interacting with policing across the UK. We are keen to ensure that people in Warwickshire have opportunity to provide feedback on the national plan.
