EQuIP is the Equality and Inclusion Partnership, a charity working across Warwickshire to promote equality and diversity
EQuIP has been providing support, advice and training to Warwickshire for over 10 years. Formerly known as the Warwickshire Race Equality Partnership, EQuIP became the Equality and Inclusion Partnership in 2017, when they expanded their services to cover everyone who experiences discrimination.
EQuIP’s aim is to eliminate discrimination in all its forms.
EQuIP works in partnership with a range of different agencies and organisations both within and outside Warwickshire and aims to allow;
We work with large and small partners, from national charities to local organisations.
Volunteers play an important role and we ensure their role is supported and appreciated. Our valued volunteers make a significant and energetic contribution to projects which benefit the whole community.
We offer a training induction programme and include a clear assessment of skills to ensure that training on key areas such as safeguarding is included. All volunteers have a member of staff appointed as a supervisor and if you need additional support and guidance, we can appoint a personal mentor.
