Why Volunteer with us?

  • Build Lasting Friendships:  Embark on a journey of friendship as you connect with and support refugee families in the area. Your companionship can make a world of difference.
  • Maintain Meaningful Relationships:  From home visits to social media connections , engaging events like drop-in café sessions, annual festivities and organised trips, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a supportive network for refugee families.
  • Listen and Address Concerns:  Your empathetic ear can be a lifeline.  Listen actively to the concerns and issues raised by refugee families, working together to find solutions and create a welcoming environment.
  • Enrich Lives:  Be a catalyst for positive change!  Generate creative ideas and initiatives that enhance the lives of refugee families, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
  • Empower Through Language:  Help refugee families improve their English language skills through face-to-face interactions.  Provide them with the confidence and skills they need to navigate daily life and build a brighter future.

How You Can Make a Difference!
